Pink Roses in full bloom, a bud and green leaves in a garden setting with blue-green sky background. In this painting, I sought to express a beautiful light pink color with subtle yellow highlights for the roses, along with an interesting variety of lights and darks. For the background, I wanted a harmonious color to enhance, but not overwhelm, the flowers and leaves. I just love the color of the roses, and the harmony of the painting! To me it's very pleasing.
